Insurance
For psychological, personality, and neurocognitive testing, we are in-network with Aetna, Optum, and Cigna Insurance. We also accept private pay.
For other psychological services, including individual and couples therapy, Dr. Chi is an out-of-network provider. We also accept private pay. However, if you have a PPO insurance plan, we can provide you with a monthly, detailed billing statement (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of costs. Please make sure to check with your insurance company to confirm that the services you seek are reimbursable. You can also use the Reimbursify link below to enter your PPO insurance information for a quick estimate of what may be covered.
